de-cleansing mod on ubuntu

hi there! i just wanted to ask, is there any quick way to install the de-cleansing mod in ubuntu? (using the diff file i think) without reinstalling the game or anything?
 i'm almost a noob in ubuntu, so some help with this would be really appreciated, i already installed the 0.7 version of ur-quan masters using some deb packages i found.

Unfortunately nearly all "mods" for UQM are actually modified executables, including the de-cleansing mod. That diff file represents the differences between the official UQM source code and the de-cleansing mod's source code. To use it you would need to apply this diff file to a copy of the UQM source code and then compile it, following the normal instructions. I'd be happy to help you with this if you'd stop by #sc2 on Freenode some time when I'm online, I'm sure others there would be too. Smiley
