1) RTFM (Read the manual)
2) RTFM
3) It was a graphical change from the PC to 3DO version.

I read the readme file and it had nothing useful.

FULLSCREEN
1 right click on UQM program
2 click on properties
3 edit line(means add too) after the command line "
-f    <-------this is for full screen

EDIT KEYS
next open my computer to
open c drive
open program files
open UQM file
open content file
open starcon.key with word pad or note pad but make sure you unclick "always open with this" check
i got you this far the rest is up to u

There is a file called manual.txt that is in the UQM directory and also in the Start Menu directory, read it top to bottom and you'll find what you're looking for.
