Warlok Files and lost Star Control Ideas

Hi Everyone,
I found several posts on several UQM sites referring to a bundle of files that had unused and future ideas for SC3 and ship ideas for SC2. Unfortunately, all the links to these files have expired. Does anyone here have access to the Warlok Files?

Don't get too excited. It would have been better than SC3, but I can see why Legend dropped them.
