UQM-HD Time Dilation Mod

I created a new Time Dilation mod for the UQM-HD project which you can download here.

I tried making debug binaries but interestingly enough the compiled debug build rejects everything in the addons folder.

Depending on what I find going through the code I might release some more mods that I find useful for one-off builds.
I am thinking of externalizing all of the ship variables, but I do not know if I have the knowledge to pull it off.
