Can you sell modules?

I just got all of my weapons slots filled up with ion-bolt guns, then I bought blueprints for the Hellbore Cannon. Now i cant even use it because i cant move the ion bolt guns. Help PLeeeeeeez!  Sad

You can scrap the modules just by selecting them. You get all the RUs back.
