Is there really supposed to be speech in the game? I can't hear anything and I can't figure out what could be wrong. If I use the -T attribute with uqm.exe, it only affects the oscilloscope (if speech volume is set to zero, it'll work with the music, otherwise it will not vibrate at all). I also cannot find anything from the game folder that could have anything to do with speech. The total size of the game on my hard drive is about 33 MB. I am running the game on Windows 98. Thanks! Go here and get the content files: http://sc2.sourceforge.net/downloads.html Put them in your content directory.
