Hey again. I haven't put all of my old SC stuff back up. Here are some reworked ship images for the Mmrmhrm Ark intro that I was working on a while back. As some of you may recall, I prefer smaller nimble ships as I feel it suits the game better. I don't want to be tempted to get into the sort of 100m Yehat Terminator, 300m Terminator, 1km Terminator, 4.4km Terminator... starship-size-measuring contest which other settings get into. It's what you do with it that matters, right? Wink SC is all about wiggling those little ships right.

Ship Sheet

This image is 25 percent of original size, so I have some leeway for nudging sizes without losing quality.

My Ark is large because in my plot the Mmrnhrm build a special portal for them, and the Mmrnhrm are one of the old races who can manage the quirks of large ships. I'll see if I can tidy up the old plot page which is supposed to go with this material. Penetrator might be next though.

Edit: SC3-ish races

What's that huge thing on the left? Also your third link is broken because of case-sensitive filesystems.

Fixed link.

The big black cylinder is for my SC 2+1 backstory. I had a page up for it years ago, but it went down and needs touching up.

Some more doodles, Star Control and Starflight related
