ok, this may be a long shot, but i found a game called star con, and its for PS1, it's pretty rare, and it has all the characteristics of starcontrol. Send me a message if u want to know the website to buy one.

Well, my friend, I hate to break the news to you...
Once again, you have been lied to. There is no game for PS1 called Star Con. Actually, you're probably referring to the sequel to Star Control 3 that was proposed for PlayStation. Yes, it was supposed to be the 'Star Control 4' and it was a 3D-space battle game, rather than a diplomatic, RPG-type space exploration game a la SC2. So, unfortunately this is either a hoax or just a game that was advertised to come out, but never saw the light of day (which is reality). Do not buy this game, because it doesn't exist.
What's the website? Maybe we can take a look at what this page is advertising.
