XP full screen and res
« on: March 13, 2003, 09:41:27 am »

I need help configuring the UQM to run in full screen and 640X480 res, I can't seem to figure out how to configure the command line in XP(cursed non-DOS architecture...)  Game runs fine otherwise, i'm just picky.

Right click on the UQM shortcut, and select properties. Where it says Target: put your command line options after the end quote, so in your case it'd be something like:

"C:\Program Files\The Ur-Quan Masters\uqm.exe" -r 640x480

I'm having the same problem.  After right clicking the icon, and choosing properties, there is no option for Target.

Could you please explain again?

Thanks,
Eric

Just figured it out.  You have to right click/properties on the desktop shortcut, not the actual .exe

Don't forget the -f switch (full screen).

"C:\Program Files\The Ur-Quan Masters\uqm.exe" -f  -r 640x480
