Wow!  Captain Fwiffo just singlehandedly wiped out 5 Ur quan Dreadnoughts in a row!
Too bad the Spathi weren't on the alliance side from the beginning! Cheesy

I was a bit disappointed in the paltry salvage, though.

Fwiffo is da man, he does that for me too. I also get good results out of Snurfel and Pkunky.

Fwiffo is the man...  well, the mollusk.  I mean, who else could take out Dreads and 'Rauders like he does?  I can't help but love the little guy.

And it's great action as well dodging around. The real challenge comes if you only use your front gun though...

Spathi Rocks?

Don't you mean Spathi Stones?

Those perfect stones that are not too heavy, not too light -- just the right size for throwing at monsters.  They come in aqua, mauve or magenta colors.

They don't get any meaner than Fwiffo!  I remember playing a game where Fwiffo took out every enemy to cross my path except for the Sa-Matra itself!  Grin

I always thought that if I made a sequil to sc2 that fwiffo would eventually find and join the black spathi, since he kicked so much butt in sc2 (and I doubt anyone woudl question that). He'd probably be welcomed with open arms, but go with trepidation.
I remember one time palying sc2 when fwiffo died accidently. I was so heart broken. I had to reset my computer immedately. I couldn't wait to exit the battle. I just couldn't go on.

Actually, I always thought that a sequel would star Fwiffo and Talana in the main roles.

I could see a very strange plot brewing in the sequel betwen Fwiffo, Talana and Admiral ZEX... just imagine the possibilities!   Grin

Didn't ZEX die? But Fwiffo definetly needs to be in the sequel. Maybe there should be something like Star Control 2-and-a-half, The Adventures of the Black Spathi Squadron. hat would be waay wicked.

As I've repeatedly said -- the sequel should start out with Zelnick's honeymoon with Talana. They are surprised as an undercrewed Eluder approaches, bringing some sort of bad news, and there you go -- you have Zelnick, Talana, and Fwiffo, the three main characters. Things would proceed, you'd gradually bring more people on board, and so forth.
