The game is open source. If you want to change the rules, feel free to do so. Just download the source, edit to taste and recompile. Grin

If you don't want to or can't hack the code, your best bet is to take a look at some of the listings of resource-rich planets, and mine them as soon as possible. Most of the bugs that allowed cheating (such as the infamous lander bug) were fixed quite a while ago, but you may still be able to find something.

Here is the link to a link for the Save Game Editor that works with 0.1 AND 0.2

The hardest part is finding the location of your save game files.

That save game editor works with 0.1 and 0.2.  I've tried it  Wink
