A mobile version of this forum?

Is there any plans to upgrade this forum and have a mobile version? That would be really convenient because as it is now, the text is microscopic and having to increase browser text size can be a hassle for people who visit multiple websites simultaneously.

The last update to the server was reversed because the forum couldn't run on a newer version of PHP.

I'd be surprised if there were any plans to at least update to a later version of SMF.

It seems like this website could be revamped with just a wordpress theme which are often responsive for mobile devices. I don't see any special features here outside of a customized banner which could be uploaded into any decent theme one way or another. The location of the buttons might change somewhat though.

An upgrade to the forum is something which will be required in the near future.
I'll make sure that whatever software we end up using, will have mobile support.

I'm also looking into new hosting, as Stack (the computer society of the Eindhoven University of Technology), will stop operations within a month.
I will probably be able to keep using the uqm.stack.nl domain, but this might be a good time to switch to the urquanmasters.net domain, which I've held for years. (With appropriate redirections so that old links keep working.)

it'sok for me to use the platform as it is right now (for now)
maybe it's just because I use my laptop mostly.
But, I wouldn't be against a mobile version at all Smiley It would be good if it could manage to work despite different parental controls, though. My mom had a habit of installing an mspy.com app on my phone that blocked many websites I needed  Tongue
