So im kind of new to he Star Control scene. Looking to play some Super Melee with some other users. I've played Nestopia Netplay so I have an idea how it works, but i've never played a network game on Ur Quan Masters. I have both the 2002 version and the HD version. I prefer the 2002 version but it doesnt really matter. I've created a Discord server so we can communicate while playing. Need some people to show me the ropes. Im having a little trouble figuring out all the special weapons of the ships. Im a night owl and would like to find a few friends to play this with.

There is a small community on #uqm-arena on Freenode IRC. It's not very active, but if you stick around a bit you should be able to get a game eventually. I'll try to pop in sometime soon.
