UQM hosts its code repository up on GitHub right now. It may need to migrate again soon.

I don't think so; the UQM master repository has always been on SourceForge.  Many of the fan branches are on GitHub, though.

Even so, while people may have principled objections to a Microsoft-hosted repository, I think it's unlikely to make a practical difference.  Note that the projects that chose Google Code for their repository didn't exactly fare that well...
