Im stuck.. need help PLZ!!!

Im really stuck... I met with The High Council, and completed the quest (rid the planet of these funny abe things), and i also got them to join my alliance. But when i ask them to leave the moon, they simple say "NO!". How can I get them to move, so I can get the caster??? Or... Is there another way i can get a caster???

Moving the entire Spathi population down to their planet takes quite a while. Don't worry, they'll probably be done soon enough.

There is another way to get a caster, though.
Ask the Melnorme about information on other alien races to get started.

Who are the Melnorme? Go back to Earth after you've cleaned the Spathi's homeworld, and visit Commander Hayes at the starbase, he might have an idea.
