Someone (Matthias) on the PoNaF forum pointed to an e-bay sale:

They even brand it as "MT Software Solution".
I tried reported the item, but I don't have an e-bay account, so e-bay does not let me report this item.
BTW, Matthias also cannot complete the registration procedure for this UQM forum.

The individual software installer and screenshots are released under the GNU GPL. The license is available on the DVD-ROM. All other images, items, box image, DVD-ROM menus and designs are copyrighted and contain our protected IP.
Copyright © MT Software Solutions. Interesting, they state that only the installer and the screenshot are GNU GPL, the rest is their "protected IP"....
Which is simply not true,
MT Software Solutions is a British company...
Since under EU law they have to pay for the returns, we could massively buy the product, and return it unopened, and have ebay refund the stuff.
But as I wrote, I don't have (and don't want) an ebay account.

I don't think they check here for any value of regularly...

Looking at those screencaps, it's the HD version of UQM too, so they're ripping off multiple parties.
