It is as though your species' brain is too small to hold a simple thought such as, WE WILL KILL YOU FOR DISOBEYING! This is not a complex idea.
There are four ways to get where you're trying to go:
Install from source. Don't worry, it's not that hard at all under Linux, you've just got to make sure that you've got "development" versions of all the prerequisites, which are listed here.
Install the binary release. This was built against Slackware, not Mandrake, so the libs it's looking for may be different than what you have installed. But you can install the "non-development" versions of your prerequisites, also listed here.
Build an RPM. This is basically the same as building from sources, but you can share the fruits of your labour with other Mandrake users, which they might appreciate. Oh, I suppose I should mention that it might not work. Details here.
Download an ISO image of the game and play it. Requires nothing more than a CD burner, but you can't currently save games with it in any "permanent" fashion, at least not without fiddling with it a bit. Details here.
You could use less, too . But you may want to do that in a separate console so that you can read the instructions while still messing around with stuff from your command line.
