Now that the 3DO version has turned into UQM, what hope is there of getting something that will actually run on the 3DO? As you likely know, 3DO titles are nigh-impossible to locate on the used market, and of course they don't exist new. (I seem to recall something about a couple new 3DO games being released a while ago though?) Anyway, what's stopping us getting a version of UQM, possibly the remix, on the 3DO?

Spathi? What spathi? You're imagining, hunam.

They'd probably have to convert the code BACK to 3DO code in order to do that, which is probably just as much as a pain as the 3d0 to PC conversion, possibly more.
Not to mention, I don't know if anyone here has a 3D0 developers kit, and you'd probably need one to be able to compile the sources into something the 3D0 could run.

Maybe if they make an SDL port for the 3DO, UQM can be ported to it. But that's essentially never going to happen...
