Used Glibc version should be told by linux binarys
« on: May 23, 2003, 11:55:48 pm »

Today i downloaded both linux binarys (static and dynamic).
And both versions didn't work because the webmaster forgot to
tell the downlaoders what glibc versions where used for those binarys at compile time.

So please fix this.

For a compilation environment i also recommend using the linux standard base build environment:

I have a binary RPM built against RedHat 8.0 available here.

I also provide the source RPM at the same location so that you may roll your own, if you're into that kind of thing.
