I've got windows xp and when trying to install an error pops up saying that file uqm-0.2-content.zip couldn't be found or installed, something like that... i was wondering if this was a frequent problem or just me and how can it be fixed, preferrably without waiting for v 0.3. if you can help i'd would be very gratiful. (excuse spelling please)

1)download that file  to some dir
2)on first step, choose Install data files
3)on third step, choose 'use local package directory' and enter path where you downloaded that file.
thats all. am i missed something?
