I'll do this just for fun (haven't been hanging around the forums for quite some time, just dropped in to check some threads)

Anne = Celes
Tarant = Setzer
Hans = Edgar
Franz = Sabin (heheh, Hans and Franz)
Boris = Strago
Artmis = Shadow (Apollo's sister from greek mythology)
Natasha = Relm
Inigo = Cyan
Lisa = Terra
Goku = Gau
Odo, Stan = Gogo, Umaro (Not necessarily in that order)
Ralph = Mog
Only names I ever change in FF3:
Edgar -> Niahak (Favorite character)
Shadow -> Sabre

Nice job! In addition to getting all of them right, you caught Hans and Franz.
Tarant = Setzer
In the Coldfire trilogy, there was a character named Gerald Tarrant, whom Setzer looks like.

Actually, I was thinking of Artemis Entreri. This should make more sense, if you know who he is (the main nemesis of Drizzt Do'Urden in events falling after the Icewind Dale trilogy)
Goku = Gau
I am thinking of Goku from Saiyuki

Odo, Stan = Gogo, Umaro (Not necessarily in that order)
Actually, that is their order. Gogo is a mimic. I take this to mean shapeshifter, and thus he/she/it becomes Odo from Deep Space 9. Meanwhile, the abominable snowman sketch, in which Stan Freberg plays both sides of an interview with an Abominable Snowman, is a classic of radio comedy, hence the Umaro<->Stan mapping.
Ralph = Mog
In the webcomic Exploitation Now, a principal character is Ralph, a perverted moogle.
Also, can anyone guess which character I once named 'April'?
