Most likely, you might have heard something about a new planet having been discovered in our solar system on the news.
They named it Sedna, and it´s three times further from the sun than Pluto.
Anyway, when I heard this, I was wondering: How much work would it be to cram an extra planet into UQM´s version of the Solar System? Currently, I can think of three reasons NOT to do it:
# Insufficient data available. The data that´s important to UQM, that is. What kind of Tectonic rating would it have? Weather? And most important of all: What colour is it?
# Forced relocation of Fwiffo. Fwiffo, in true Spathi fashion, hid on the planet farthest from the sun. Now that Pluto no longer is the planet farthest from the sun, he would have to be relocated, I really doubt people would want that (though I´m pretty sure Fwiffo would).
# It´s alot easier to program it´s non-existance than it´s existance. The UQM project has enough programming stuff to worry about as is, without crazy people coming in and demandng that a whole planet should be inserted into the game "because it´s there".
Thoughts?

Im pretty sure the definiton of a planet is that it orbits around a star. A moon orbits around a planet. If its not a planet its definately not a moon.

Have scientists offically made it a planet? If not than I don't see the point of putting it in UQM....

Well the only point of it would be to make the game more accurate.

But it would not be accurate if the "planet" turned out not to be a planet. That would be disappointing to someone who spent some time on it and improvised the game.

Well I believe it is confired that Sedna is orbiting the sun, so we could impliment it as something orbiting the sun, with the same graphics as a normal planate.

Hold on there Luki! - I don't think that Quans have that sort of firing power. They would have to use a BIG bomb which:
A: I don't think they know how to make one and it would be a waste to use a precursor weapon.
B: The other planets would show signs of a explosion.

Well, the utwig have this bomb that can blow up the Sa-matra. Does anyone know how the sa-matra compairs to Sedna in size?

Even if you "blew up" the planet, it would send big pieces flying in every direction. Including earth (oops).
EDIT: After seeing your last post Chrispy - Remember the bomb was made bigger by the chmmr. - They increased its power.

Or it would leave something like the asteroid belt. Its hard to tell what would happen because we have never blown up any planets.
